# Registration fee for Attendant/Caregiver for PWD will include entry to all sessions, including gala dinner, except post conference optional tours - which are paid tours for the delegates.
Note:
- The "Super Saver" registration deadline is Feb 29, 2012. In order to qualify for the discounted Super Saver fee, a completed registration form and payment must be received by Feb 29, 2012 deadline.
- Similarly to qualify for the discounted "Early Bird" Registration fee, a completed registration form and payment must be received by Jul 31, 2012 deadline.
- The Registration Fee is inclusive of 10.3% Government Service Tax (rounded off).
- All fees for the meeting will be collected in INR to control for currency fluctuations.
- All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the Registration Desk, TRANSED 2012 Conference at transed2012@in.kuoni.com with a copy to secretariat@transed2012.in & transed2012.india@gmail.com as per below applicable schedule:

- All refunds will be made one month after the conference.
- A substitution will be granted on the same category (eg. member to member) if written notice and a substitute registration are received via email or fax only.
- Substitution is not permissible for part of the conference duration.
- Substitution requests should reach by email latest by September 10th , 2012.
