Format Of The Abstract and Submission Form
1. The abstract should adhere to the following structure:
- Title
- Authors names, affiliations and contact details
- Purpose of the Study
- Approach and/or Methodology
- Results or Expected Results
- Conclusion
- Topic Code: Please choose one topic code for each abstract submission (see Sub-Themes/ Topic Codes).
The abstract should not exceed 500 words in length.
2. The following format should be strictly followed:
- Page lay-out: A4-size (21X29.7 cm).
- Leave a margin space of 2.5 cm for top, bottom, right and left margins.
- Begin your abstract with the title. The title should be in CAPITAL LETTERS and in Bold. Leave a space of two lines after the title.
- Provide your first name, last name and affiliated organization. Use Bold for your last name.
- Provide your mailing address, telephone/mobile numbers with country codes, facsimile number and e-mail address.
- Provide the topic code that best categorizes your abstract (see Section III above for list of sub themes/topic codes) Type the abstract (500 words maximum). Indicate the word count at the end of the abstract.
- Use a separate paragraph for each section of the abstract.
Where possible, use only Arial or San serif Font with Font Size: 12 point.
- Use Microsoft Word document (in 97-2003 compatible version).
