Presentations at TRANSED 2012 can be either papers or posters. These must be submitted by 30 August 2011 and may cover core
research, practical experiences or policy issues based on the themes and sub-themes
listed below. Papers may be on any of
the listed themes, on multiple themes or on other related topics not listed as
a specific theme. Authors, who may be individuals
or representatives of organizations, should specify whether their abstract
relates to a paper or poster. The
Conference organizers reserve the right to accept a proposed abstract as a
poster or a paper, if the topic appears more appropriate for that type of
presentation.
Authors will be notified by October
2011 whether their abstract has been accepted for presentation as a paper
or poster. Final papers and posters will
be required to be submitted by March
2012. Accepted abstracts will be published as hard copy for Conference
delegates. Full written papers for both - Papers and Posters will
be published in electronic form in the conference proceedings.
The International
Steering Committee shall be the final
authority on the acceptance of abstracts and on the choice of presentation as either a
paper or a poster. Authors of posters are encouraged to write a detailed written paper supporting
their posters for inclusion in the proceedings.
