*Kuoni Destination Management cannot guarantee the availability of rooms and / or special rates after 2nd July 2012. The same will be subject to availability thereafter. It is advisable to book your room(s) well in advance, to avoid a waitlist status and disappointment later.

Note: 

There is no provision of shuttle service from other hotels to the Conference Venue hotel. The delegates will have make their own arrangements to reach the Venue Hotel, if they choose an accommodation other than the venue hotel.  

• All hotels listed are official Conference hotels and rates are in INR (Indian Rupee), based on per room per night basis. Please refer http://www.xe.com/ucc/ to know the rates in your local currency. Please note that the conversion is only indicative, the INR prices being the only guaranteed prices.

• Rooms may be subject to availability at the time of booking request. Confirmation will be given only on receiving the advance payment.

• Payment in advance for the entire stay, Identity proof required to book accommodation.

General Information:

• Please specify the room type required to be booked – Single room or double room.

• Any other meals besides breakfast are not included.

• All above rates are inclusive of current applicable taxes and daily buffet breakfast at coffee shop. However all taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax / VAT) are Government mandated and may change / increase / decrease. The tax structure applicable during event dates to apply.

• Special rates are applicable for the period 17 – 21 Septembre 2012 only.

• All bookings to be routed through the conference managers, Kuoni Destination Management India, who will revert to you within 48 hours with a status of requested services.

Check in / Check Out:

The check-in time is 1400 hrs and checkout time is 1200 hrs. If arriving late night / early morning, the room has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy. The following table will apply for early check in / late checkout:

Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required for the entire stay for each reserved room is required to secure your hotel reservation.

• After receipt of your deposit, you will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.

• Incidental expenses must be settled directly with the hotels prior check-out.

• Requests reaching us without deposit will not be considered.

Change:

Hotel reservation changes must be directed to Kuoni Destination Management in written. Room night reductions of existing reservations are subject to the cancellation conditions described above. The number of nights booked serves as a basis for your hotel invoice.

All necessary refunds will be made after the event.

Mode of Payment:

You may pay for requested services by any of the following modes of payment:

a) By Credit Card Bank Draft

To pay by credit card please follow the Individual Registration Link and fill the required details for the preferred hotels.

b) By Bank Draft

Please issue the bank draft in favor of “Kuoni Travel (India) Pvt. Ltd” & send to « Kuoni Destination Management » , Tower B, Delta Square, M.G. Road, Sector 25, Gurgaon 122001, Haryana, India.
